This refreshing, medium-bodied white blend produces a fusion of bright acidity, stone and citrus fruits, melons, and a kiss of sweetness. This blend was specially curated for our guests by the Kennington family.

Summertime Pinot – Yakima County, WA 2024
This Pinot Gris elicits fresh aromas such as nectarines, apricots, Gala apples, pears, crème brulée, and almonds. It has a light body, and a floral whiff lingers to the end.

Sauvignon Blanc – Washington 2022
This Sauvignon Blanc releases fresh aromas such as passion-fruit, nectarine, lychee, guava, and lemongrass. It has a delicate body and refreshing structure. Best served with creamy cheeses, fish tacos, seafood or simply as aperitif.

Dark Corner White – Washington 2022 / 2023 – Award Winning
Take one of the world’s most popular wines and age it in bourbon barrels. The resulting white wine has the aromas of tree-fruits with subtle notes of caramel and vanilla. Perfect with chicken or fish.

Trinity – Neagra Escarpment 2022
This full-bodied red wine is powered by black currant and bramble berry.
Subtle spice notes round out a long, earthy finish.

Bull’s Blood – Niagara Escarpment 2022
This deep red wine is made in the Hungarian tradition and carries bright red fruit notes with distinct notes of smoke that anchor the blend. It is a medium body with an incredible amount of complexity, which reveals itself in layers.

Sangiovese Reserve – California 2023
This Sangiovese dances across the palate, introducing notes of cherry,
cranberry, roasted peppers, and a slight leathery grip to finish it off. This
wine can be enjoyed alone or with any classic Italian dish!

Merlot Reserve – WASHINGTON 2022
This Merlot has a plethora of fruit aromas ranging from plums, cherries,
wild berries, prunes, and figs. It has a medium body and velvety tannins.

Nebbiolo Reserve – Solano County, CA 2022
This astonishing Northern Italian-style wine elicits intense aromas such as black cherries, escorted by fresh roses, aniseed cake, and earthy after tones. It has medium body and robust chalky tannins.

Cabernet Franc – Lake County, CA 2022
This Cabernet Franc shows plenty of character, strong plums and rhubarb notes give way to cigar and exotic cured meats. A vibrant body and silky tannins.

Sweet & Racy Rosé – Lake Erie, NY 2024
Try not to get lost in this wine’s eyes!! This beautiful rosé shines in the glass with a soft, salmon-colored hue. Watermelon and strawberry pop throughout the palate, leaving a long, desirable finish.

Dry Rosé – Columbia Valley 2020
This Rosé shows an eclectic assortment of aromas, wave after wave, white flowers, passion-fruit, guava, lychee, honeysuckle, white peach, and pawpaw. It has a zesty spine and elegant rose petal tones.

Muscat Canelli Riserva – Columbus Valley, WA 2025
This lovely off-dry wine is exquisite, with an intense perfume of white flowers and tropical notes of white peach, apricot, and pear. The gentle citrus undertones create a beautifully complex white wine.

Sagrantino Riseerva – Amador County, CA 2024
The wine exhibits an approachable palette with notes of dark chocolate, black currant, and spicy herbs. Earthy on the nose with a sense of leather and wet forest floor.

Nero D’Avola Riserva – Amador County, CA 2024
A vibrant medium-bodied red wine with bright fruits, including black cherry, raspberry, and plum. Beautifully balanced with sage and black pepper to create a velvety, tannie wine.
