FOUNDER
After years in corporate America, Allison wanted to take the skills she learned and apply them to make beautiful wines. She has always wanted a space where guests become friends, and friends become family. Kennington Family Winery is her tool for that vision.
John Kennington
CO-FOUNDER
John has had many years of experience in a management role. We really enjoy having John as a part of the team.
Phillip Kennington
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / OWNER
A Xavier University graduate, Phillip came on board after graduation and hit the ground running. Phillip coordinates building maintenance and winery operations. You can see him hard at work any day of the week at Kennington Family Winery.
Curtis Midkirk
WINE PRODUCTION LEADER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER
Curtis Midkirk joined Kennington Family Winery as our Wine Production Leader and Assistant Tasting Room Manager. He brings extensive wine expertise and almost 5 years of experience in the study of wine and the wine tasting experience. He is a wine educator and brings an encyclopedic knowledge of wine.
